Resumo
Mark Alavosius (Cambridge Center for Behavioral Studies) As behavior analysis makes inroads into the management of many critical activities within organizations, the need for quality assurance rises. Accreditation provides an independent, third-party review of organizational change and offers an objective method to gage the effectiveness of behavior management initiatives. Accreditation can validate that organizational behavior management is used effectively to achieve desired outcomes such as increased safety for workers, better customer service, improved productivity, environmental protection, and efficient use of natural resources (e.g., sustainability practices).
